Position Title: PT Manager
Position Status: Full Time
Position Classification: Non- Exempt/ Hourly
Supervises: Personal Trainers
Position Detail: The
PT Manager has responsibilities for the effectiveness in managing and implanting all club fitness related protocols.
Major Responsibilities: - Implement and facilitate monthly sales promotions for PT, Team Training, and Small Group Training.
- Respond to clients and customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain close relationship with new member sales staff to ensure proper KPIs on fitness metrics.
- Responsible for maintaining personal clientele.
- Conduct weekly fitness department meetings.
- Monitor all fitness stats on a daily basis and develop strategies with the Regional Manager.
- Participate in managing/ordering of supplementation products with the Regional Manager.
- Manage and develop Fitness Team.
Education/ Skills/ Certification: - Must currently hold an active, nationally accredited personal training certification, or a bachelors in exercise related field.
- Ability to train and educate any new and existing staff in all areas of fitness department procedures.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the fitness department as defined by company standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales and management systems.
- Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
