Job Summary: As a GYMGUYZ Personal Training Manager, you will ensure clients receive the highest quality of service while achieving financial targets for the franchise location. Your responsibilities include motivating, leading, supervising, and coordinating team members to serve client needs. Additionally, you will recruit and onboard new trainers and ensure compliance with company-wide policies to uphold the integrity of the GYMGUYZ brand.
Responsibilities: Financial Performance: Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly financial targets. Monitor revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators for success.
Team Leadership: Motivate and lead trainers to deliver exceptional service. Conduct meetings, evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients receive top-notch service and promptly address concerns.
Trainer Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented fitness trainers aligned with company values.
Brand Integrity: Ensure compliance with company policies and communicate initiatives effectively.
Business Growth: Collaborate on expansion opportunities and participate in marketing activities.
Qualifications: - Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous fitness management or sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fitness industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
