Role Overview:

They are seeking a pharmacist, who has strong management skills to join their dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, including patient counseling, filling prescriptions, and coordinating with prescribers, while embracing their digital-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient counseling and ensure high-quality care
• Check and fill prescriptions accurately
• Communicate effectively with prescribers and other healthcare professionals
• Support pharmacy operations with potential management duties

Skills & Qualifications:

• Empathy and strong understanding of patient needs
• Excellent digital, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong focus on detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Management experience is a plus

Key Requirements:

• Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy
• In-depth knowledge of US pharmacy laws and regulations
• Experience with mail-order operations
