BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support our Pharmacy IS team. In this role, you’ll lead projects, design and implement system solutions, and serve as a mentor to junior team members while ensuring compliance with change management practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze, design, test, and support pharmacy information systems
• Solve complex problems and recommend technical solutions
• Lead projects and provide mentorship to the team
• Ensure system upgrades, modifications, and integrations run smoothly
• Partner with end users to deliver excellent customer support

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years systems analysis OR 4+ years with a related degree
• Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle
• Experience with Cerner PharmNet / Cerner Millennium
• Pharmacy background (Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist) preferred
• Hybrid role, Florida residency required
