Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Peabody , MA. This opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 30-60 blood draws daily at various PSCs and IOP sites
• Handle a wide range of patients (pediatric, geriatric, and general adult populations)
• Perform hard stick venipunctures , urine collections , and thyroid testing
• Ensure accurate data entry and processing of lab specimens
• Maintain a high level of detail and organization in a fast-paced environment
• Travel between multiple locations as needed (reliable transportation required)
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Complete an initial two-week training program

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within the 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM time range

Preferred:

• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to handle hard stick venipunctures
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
