Job Description
Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Allegheny County, PA to hire a Part-Time Physical Therapist for the 2025–2026 school year.
Location: Allegheny County, PA
Start Date: August 20, 2025
End Date: June 2026
Schedule: 1 day/week
Grade Level: K–12
Hours: Approximately 6–8 hours/day (subject to district needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student access and participation in the educational environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a part-time caseload effectively.
