We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, working on a case-by-case arrangement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, evaluating and treating patients based on individual appointments or contracts. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for ongoing rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize patient care effectively.
