Regional West Health Services, an independent and integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, is the only trauma center in Western Nebraska. We proudly serve the surrounding communities in Eastern Wyoming and Northern Colorado. We are currently seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities: To fulfill our mission, you will:

• Utilize skill and assessment techniques to evaluate patient rehabilitation needs.
• Establish treatment plans and goals.
• Periodically reassess the patient’s response to the treatment plan.
• Formulate discharge plans.

As an RWHS Physical Therapist, you will:

• Assess and treat a patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics using appropriate treatment methods.
• Communicate and interact positively with other team members, including medical staff, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists.
• Participate in and coordinate care conferences with family members and patients regarding treatment plans, functional deficits, and social ramifications.

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

• Are a licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
• Hold an American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• New grads to tenured physical therapist welcomed

Compensation:

Up to $111,000 and Sign on bonus
