Overview:

Rancho Santa Margarita Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine (RSM Physical Therapy) is looking to bring on an ambitious Physical Therapist interested in Outpatient Orthopedics to our practice. We have an ideal environment for mentorship in orthopedics, sports, post-surgical rehab, with some balance and vestibular components. We offer top compensation for even entry level PT’s with the opportunity to make $100+k. Duties:

- Conduct patient evaluation and develop individualized treatment plans (POC)

- Provide manual therapy procedures and exercise prescription to improve mobility and function.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR.

Skills:

- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and mentorship will be available.

-Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or PTLA status.
