SpineSearch is seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing neurosurgery private practice in Bergen County, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Emergency department and in-patient consultations
- Assessing patient health by obtaining health history and performing physical examinations
- Evaluate neurosurgical conditions by ordering diagnostic tests
- Monitor patient progress during the hospital admission including surgeries, treatments or other medical events
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as suturing and wound management as well as assisting in the operating room.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- New Jersey License
- Experience in neurosurgery or related specialty preferred
- Previous OR experience preferred
