Lyon Music is a private lessons school that offers in-home lessons in the greater Los Angeles area. Teachers travel to the student's home to provide lessons, and Lyon Music offers 2 recitals per year for our community to come together and celebrate!

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for an Advanced Piano Teacher at LYON MUSIC located in Los Angeles, CA. The Piano Teacher will be responsible for providing piano lessons, teaching music theory, and delivering friendly and supportive piano lessons to students in their homes. Teachers are also responsible for writing weekly lesson notes in My Music Staff.

Qualifications

• Advanced Piano Teacher
• Music Education skills
• Experience in teaching piano and music theory
• Passion for music education and mentoring students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide engaging lessons for a variety of age groups
• Music performance experience is a plus
