Job Title: Pipe Fitter Welder
Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00/hour (Based on Experience) + $2 Shift Differential
Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced  Pipe Fitter Welder to join our growing team in Tulsa. The successful candidate will be responsible for  assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems critical to our manufacturing operations. This role demands a high level of precision, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

As a  Pipe Fitter Welder , you’ll work with various welding tools and fitting techniques to complete complex piping projects on time and to specification.

Weld Test Requirements

• 6" Schedule 40 Pipe set at a 45-degree angle
  • MIG Root (Downhill)
  • Flux Core Fill and Cap (Uphill)
• 2" TOA (Test of Ability)

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and piping schematics
• Fit and weld pipe systems to exact specifications using MIG and Flux Core processes
• Inspect and pressure test pipe systems to ensure quality and detect leaks
• Operate pipefitting and welding tools safely and effectively
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pipe fitting and welding
• Strong understanding of plant piping systems and welding practices
• Proficient in reading weld symbols, fabrication drawings, and blueprints
• Knowledge of welding safety protocols and material handling best practices
