Porter/Groundskeeper

Location: Rock Hill, SC

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Employment Type: Contract/Temporary

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
• Remove trash and debris from property
• Assist with light landscaping tasks
• Report maintenance issues to management
• Ensure outdoor spaces are neat and presentable

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred
