What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans under the Head Chef
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils and cooking equipment as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards throughout all food preparation processes
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing payroll or scheduling staff
• Supervising or training senior kitchen staff
• Handling customer complaints or service issues
• Maintaining the restaurant's financial records or budget

Basic Requirements

• 2 years previous experience in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices
• Ability to work effciently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen and the FOH
• A passion for cooking and providing quality meals to our catering customers and in-store hot bar customers is highly valued
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
