• At least 5 to 10 years of experience as a probate paralegal.
• Thorough knowledge of estate and trust administration.
• Prefer knowledge of related fiduciary accounting and tax concepts including experience assisting in the preparation of federal estate and federal gift tax returns.
• Florida Registered Paralegal.
• Good organizational skills.
