Job Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and price databases.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.
• Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Research and recommend cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company procurement standards.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align purchasing with budget and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of purchasing best practices, supply chain processes, and contract management.
