Now Hiring: Crane Buyer (Bilingual – Japanese/English)

We’re a fast-growing company focused on delivering engaging, memorable experiences through our nationwide network of stores. As part of our Amusement Planning and Procurement team, we’re looking for a Crane Buyer who is fluent in Japanese and English to help source and manage high-performing merchandise for our crane machines.
This role blends strategy, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with vendors, store teams, and marketing to ensure our cranes are stocked with exciting, on-trend items that resonate with our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships and communications in Japanese and English
- Curate merchandise based on trends, customer feedback, and store performance
- Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory forecasts
- Collaborate with store teams, marketing, and operations to support product rollouts
- Maintain procurement systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of anime, Japanese culture, and pop culture trends
- Advanced Excel skills for forecasting and inventory tracking
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A creative, adaptable mindset with a collaborative spirit
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in buying, sourcing, or procurement (especially in retail or entertainment)
- Background in customer service or retail environments
Starting Pay:
$22–$26/hr based on experience

Work Schedule:
- Remote Hybrid:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8 AM - 5 PM (in-office)
- Thursday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM (remote)
