Product Owner – Lending (RealInsight) | Contractor | Analyst Level (L1)

About the Role:

Join the CIB Lending Product team supporting RealInsight — a collateral and regulatory reporting platform onboarding new business lines. Reporting into a Lead Product Owner, this Analyst-level PO will help translate business needs into technical requirements and partner closely with tech teams to deliver features in Agile sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and pain points
• Translate requirements into epics and user stories in JIRA
• Partner with Tech and Scrum teams on sprint planning and prioritization
• Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies
• Help drive onboarding of SPG and CRE LOBs to the RealInsight platform
• Support testing and implementation planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis or product ownership
• Exposure to Commercial Lending, Real Estate Finance, or Structured Products
• Familiarity with platforms like nCino, RealInsight, or similar collateral tools
• Strong JIRA skills required
• Understanding of Lending lifecycle (from opportunity to booking/funding)
• Experience working with offshore tech teams is a plus
