Do you find yourself thinking about ways to improve online experiences? Do you often think about how new solutions can add value to existing customers and bring in new ones? As a Product Owner, you will partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to share, shape and deliver our product roadmap. You will help ensure that the product vision is realized through meticulous planning, backlog management and clearly defining solutions for product features through user stories. Your role will be pivotal in translating business needs and customer requirements into actionable development plans and features.

What We Need You to Lead

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the market demands, priorities, and overall product strategy
• Work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional partners to define, prune and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with changing business needs
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate product vision into feature requirements/stories delivered through sprints and releases
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consensus on sprint priorities and scope of proposed enhancements
• Work with your team and Product Managers to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria that outline what needs to be built and how it will be verified
• Ensure solutions built by the scrum team align to stakeholder expectations
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Focus on continuous improvement by monitoring product performance, gathering feedback and use metrics to inform future iterations and improvements
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance, gain insights and continuously improve
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation

You’ll Also Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, computer science or related fields
• Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
• Familiarity with agile methodology
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Creativity, imagination, and a collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Comfort level working in a fast-paced environment both independently and?as part of a?team
