Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our portfolio management efforts through rigorous research, data analysis, and strategic insights. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to investment decision-making while working closely with experienced professionals in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Be an expert on all current and future investment products and lines of business
• Lead new marketing initiatives
• Provide regular data points and marketing support on portfolio positioning, asset class themes, and key selling points
• Conduct attribution, exposure, and other analyses to assess investment performance and provide actionable insights across public and private offerings
• Manage performance and attribution analysis
• Support the development of product launch strategies
• Generate ongoing product marketing collateral
• Participate in presentations with sales team
• Assist marketing and business development with commentaries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of investments
• Desire to work in a fast-growing business unit
• Basic knowledge of asset management
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be very comfortable with Microsoft applications
• On-site work model, with remote work flexibility
