6:30PM to 6:30AM, Friday-Sunday

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote safety in all facility operations during the shift
• Implement and follow quality procedures and programs
• Maximize efficiency and productivity in shift operations
• Organize staffing levels to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
• Manage and report timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills are a must
• Experience with Temp labor is a plus
• Strong skills in coaching and development are a must
