Profee Surgical Coder (Hybrid | Wickenburg, AZ)

💲 Up to $28/hr - $32/hr | Contract-to-Hire

Schedule:

• M–Th: 7 AM–3:30 PM onsite (remote 6:30–4:30 PM)
• Fridays work from home
• First 30 days onsite for training, then hybrid (1–2x/month onsite)

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Profee Surgical Coder to support a growing team adding six new providers. This role includes coding for Orthopedics, Trauma, Urology, General Surgery, Endocrinology, Podiatry, Plastics, Pain Management, Cardiology, and Anesthesia , plus some denial work.

Requirements:

• AAPC or AHIMA certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a close-knit, drama-free environment
• Must be able to commute onsite as needed

Details:

• System: TruBridge EMR
• Equipment: Client-provided
• Hours: 20–32 hrs/week initially → full-time (40 hrs)
