ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an Equipment Delivery Coordinator for our client in nuclear energy! In this role, you will be tracking and managing information handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure execution of equipment delivery.

• Monitor and document information handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Resolve bottlenecks and address process gaps and identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with technical teams, PMs, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain outward-facing tracking via Jira and Power BI tools.
• Provide status updates and reports.
• 10-20% travel required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Power BI, and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and meet deadlines.
• BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of nuclear or related heavy industry equipment delivery processes.
