Project Manager Level 2 (Hybrid – Mequon, WI)
Our Client is looking for a Project Manager Level 2 who thrives on execution and getting work across the finish line. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager who enjoys taking defined initiatives, turning them into clear plans, and driving results in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
This is not a strategy or discovery role. The focus is delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and execute cost-reduction projects within manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Take over projects that are already scoped or in progress and drive them through completion
- Build clear, practical project plans with timelines and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure projects close successfully with measurable outcomes
What success looks like
- Project plans are established quickly and clearly
- Stakeholders stay aligned and engaged without constant escalation
- Projects move forward consistently and close on time
- Cost-reduction initiatives deliver tangible results
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Full project lifecycle ownership from planning through delivery
- Strong execution and follow-through, not just tracking
- Comfort working cross-functionally and driving action without formal authority
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operational teams
Nice to have
- Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma concepts
- PMP certification (helpful, not required)
- Comfort using tools like Excel or Microsoft Project
Work environment
- Hybrid role based in Mequon, WI
- Onsite presence expected Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
