100% Onsite role from Day 1.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and ensure Agile best practices are followed to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as a Scrum Master, removing impediments and coaching teams on Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
