What You'll Do:
- Lead ground-up industrial construction projects, including tilt-wall, cold storage, and food-grade facilities
- Collaborate closely with superintendents, clients, and design teams
- Manage budgets, schedules, site logistics, and client relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget
Who You Are:
- 6-15 years of Project Management experience in industrial, cold storage, or food-grade construction
- Ground-up experience is required (not just interior fit-outs)
- Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on approach
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and a drive to grow
Compensation: 💲 Salary Range: $110K-$160K depending on experience
📍 Office-Based (Kennesaw, GA) - No hybrid
✈️ Some travel for projects, but primarily Georgia-based
