Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage HVAC construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Perform estimating and cost analysis
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Background in construction, preferably HVAC
• Experience in project management and estimating
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
