A leading consultancy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver a major SAP ERP implementation for a manufacturing business based in Orange County, CA.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited to someone with deep delivery experience and a consultative approach to leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead SAP ERP implementation activities from planning through go-live
• Own and execute cut-over planning from legacy systems to SAP
• Coordinate test strategy and readiness across teams
• Provide structure, pace, and clarity in a dynamic transformation program
• Guide cross-functional teams while managing senior stakeholder expectations
• Support a local onsite presence (3–4 days/week) in a manufacturing environment

What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record delivering SAP ERP projects (ECC or S/4HANA)
• Expertise in cut-over execution and testing coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Experience working in or alongside consulting/professional services
• Based in Southern California or open to relocating for onsite work
