We’re looking for a Solar/PV Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact renewable energy projects, ranging from commercial solar installations to battery storage systems (BESS) and EV charging infrastructure. What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate renewable energy projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Be the main point of contact for clients providing regular updates, reports, and clear communication throughout every stage of the project.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, engineering, supply chain, construction, accounting, and safety to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Track budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in project management or coordination in solar, BESS, or EV infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or PMP certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Project).
- Mindset: Passion for renewable energy and commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
