Proposal Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a proposal specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity with our finance client. This position is 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Customizing pursuit documents according to the specific needs outlined in the pursuit request form, utilizing content from templates.
• Creating initial proposal and presentation documents with our proposal automation software.
• Arranging review sessions and integrating edits/feedback from business development and client-facing stakeholders.
• Following workflow procedures while independently managing deadlines and workload in collaboration with management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Proposal Automation Software
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills and strong attention to detail.

Experience:

• 2 or more years of proposal related, writing, project management experience

Employment Type: 4 month contract

Compensation: $26.50-$29.00 per hour
