This mental health provider is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a Psychologist, LCSW or MH Prescriber who is currently licensed in Oregon. Our focus is to provide therapy as well as assessment, diagnosis and treatment for geriatric patients in their homes and via telehealth. All providers work remotely from home offices. Home visits may be required in some cases in and around the Salem, OR area. Each provider has the flexibility to manage their own schedule and ratio of In-person vs remote visit caseload. Professional liability insurance, EHR as well as administrative and billing support are provided by the clinic.
Minimum Requirements:
- Licensed in Oregon with appropriate professional board
- Professional experience with geriatric behavioral health service provision
Job Duties:
- Provide psychological/therapeutic services to such patients as shall be assigned by Employer
- Ensure patient coverage by Employer, reschedule patients, or enlist employer's assistance in rescheduling patients immediately upon notice of unavailability due to sickness or emergency.
- Comply with federal and state laws governing the practice of professional services and shall also comply with Employer's working rules and regulations; however, employee shall use his/her professional training and judgment in the treatment of patients assigned to him/her.
- Services will be rendered in the home of the assigned patient or via an approved telehealth method that has been approved by the payor source, law and the Employer.
- Employee will abide by and adhere to all ethical and patient privacy standards as determined by state and federal laws, standards and regulations as well as professional organizations that determine such standards for the Employee's professional certifications and licenses.
Employer Notes:
- Elect to work additional dates and times as permitted by Employer, and shall notify employer in advance of his/her vacation schedule
- Determine those days that he/she will work and will provide Employer with reasonable notice of his/her schedule.
Wages, Hours and Benefits:
- Full or Minimum Part Time
- Compensation split 70/30
