Research Proje ct: CDC receives disease case notifications from State Health Departments daily. At the end of each year, CDC and the State Health Departments reconcile the Case Counts, ensuring that state and federal systems are tracking each other. CDC would like to automate the data reconciliation process between the CDC and State Health Departments. A prototype already exists to reconcile the data between the two entities. The prototype was developed using python. The fellow, under the guidance of a mentor, will enhance the prototype to meet the data reconciliation nee
