An elite, mission-driven boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join its growing team. The firm specializes in complex real estate transactions with a focus on affordable housing - they've worked on some of the most high-impact projects across the city, including transitional housing, shelters, charter schools, and mixed-use developments, navigating federal, state, and municipal programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants to leverage strong commercial real estate training in a mission-driven practice with real community impact.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions tied to affordable housing and community development
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing, and development documents
• Work closely with a small, fast-paced team and manage multiple matters
• Interface directly with clients and public agencies

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior associate with commercial real estate experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Interest in impact-driven work; affordable housing experience a plus, but expect training and mentorship
• Comfortable in a lean, collaborative environment
