Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Champaign, IL at Flooring Surfaces Inc. The ideal front desk receptionist is friendly and personable, helping direct clients to the appropriate person in an efficient, professional manner. They will be our first point of contact answering inbound phone calls and generally assist our sales team with office tasks such as: processing payments, ordering client samples, order entry, and other helpful tasks as required. Additionally, they will help the sales team maintain an organized showroom, returning client samples to the appropriate display rack.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
