A client of Insight Global is looking for a Reconciliations Specialist to join their team of 12 in Milwaukee, WI. There will be 2-3 weeks of in person training and then will transition to a hybrid model (3 day/week in office) in Milwaukee, WI. This person will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation process over multiple small to large accounts. The Reconciliations Specialist will be supporting various accounting functions on the core reconciliations team in order to hit daily and weekly deadlines. The type of accounts will vary between General Ledger, Standard Demand Deposit Accounts, and Suspense Accounts. This involves the reconciling money movement to or from client accounts to purchase or sell in Wealth Management. The ideal candidate has experience working with Excel, great communication, and work ethic.
Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour.
