About us:

Precision Construction and Painting is one of the largest Multifamily Reconstruction Companies in Southern California and the Central Coast. We specialize in large-scale exterior envelope maintenance projects for condo and townhome communities.

With a current team of 300, we're growing to 450 employees over the next 2–3 years. We are committed to promoting from within, and this is a great opportunity to grow into senior leadership.

Position:

We are seeking an experienced Balcony, and Waterproofing experience! Who will lead and oversee multiple community-wide projects from pre-construction to completion. You will work alongside your estimator and oversee a large team of carpenters and painters.

Trades:

• Waterproofing: balconies, walkways, pool decks
• Carpentry: Exterior trim, fascia, beams, posts
• Structural framing: Rebuilding staircases, footing, and cantilever joists
• Painting: Exteriors

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the Foreman and crew members to ensure the correct installation of the repairs.
• You will work with contract documents to ensure we are completing the correct scope of work.
• You will create, track, and adhere to project schedules
• You will conduct interviews with new tradesmen
• You will place material orders and track expenses
• Change order tracking and submissions
• Quality Control inspections
• Field calls from residents

Experience:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Must be an expert in all of the trades listed above
• Waterproofing: You must be able to explain in your interview exactly how to do the different kinds of systems, when and where specific systems are used.
• Carpentry: We will ask detailed questions about wood replacement, footings, and permits.
• Must have 5 years of hands-on experience
• Must be able to use Excel

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm
