💼 What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and qualifying candidates to managing offers and placements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and top talent
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand their needs and deliver results
- Use creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
