Employment Type: Contract
Location: Onsite - SeaTac, WA 98198
Pay rate: $45-$50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee company-wide talent acquisition strategies.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and recruitment partners.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of recruitment experience, hired for analyst and buyer roles experience, technical recruitment is a plus.
- Strong expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and executive recruiting.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics.
