Recruitment Consultant- Legal & Regulatory

Location : Chicago, IL (The Loop)

Salary: $45,000 + uncapped commission

You'll work with a diverse range of companies across various industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and secure the best talent.

Our 4-week training program, followed by personalized one-on-one coaching, helps you build a strong foundation in recruitment. Ongoing training is also provided to continue developing our skills, no matter what level you are in the business.

Role of a Recruitment Consultant

• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Candidate Generation: Identify top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from the first interview to negotiating offers and closing placements
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients and candidates with valuable
