This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician located in Philadelphia, PA. The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, providing one-on-one support to students, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and working closely with teachers, parents, and supervisors. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, conducting applied behavior analysis, and consistently communicating with the team to ensure the most effective strategies are in place.
Job Type: Full-time time contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Monday- Friday 40 hours per week
Location: In person
Qualifications
- Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students, teachers, and parents
- Experience in Behavioral Intervention and understanding of Psychology
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Relevant certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
