Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Therapy Center

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Your Role as an RBT:

Under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a clinic setting.
• Implement behavior plans and interventions to support client goals.
• Collect data and document session notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare for sessions and provide updates to supervising BCBAs.
