Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Dental Hygienist at Harelick Dental Associate, LLC located in Fairhaven, MA. We are looking at someone for one day a week on Wednesdays 10am-8pm. Additional compensation for evening hours. The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for performing dental care procedures, providing dental prophylaxis, and assisting with periodontal disease management.

Minimum requirements:

• MA Dental Hygiene active licensure
• MA Anesthesia active licensure for hygienists (or willingness to apply immediately)
• Comfort with technology (such as digital x-rays and charting)
• Great personality / "bedside manner"
• Patient focus

Helpful characteristics:

• 3-5+ years of experience
• experience with Dentrix patient management software
• experience with scaling and root planing
• experience and comfort performing periodontal maintenance
• experience with sealant placement
• knowledge and temperament to engage in patient education across the preventative, restorative and surgical spectrum
