We’re looking for a Hospice Administrator who’s ready to lead with clarity, integrity, and care. At Medi Home Hospice, we don’t just manage hospice—we steward it. Our Danville start up branch needs a leader who can bring teams together, elevate care, and carry the vision forward with both grit and grace.

This is a role for someone who’s as comfortable reviewing budgets as they are joining a bedside conversation. Someone who understands that metrics matter—but people matter more. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, mentor team members, and grow the agency in alignment with our mission and core values.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct daily operations of our hospice agency in accordance with MSA standards and federal/state regulations
• Lead and support an interdisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
• Serve as a liaison between the board, community partners, and care teams
• Build a positive, accountable culture through clear communication and structured feedback
• Oversee financial performance, staffing models, compliance, and growth strategies
• Coach team members, manage challenges with compassion and clarity, and ensure quality care at every touchpoint
• Partner with our sales team to align clinical delivery with community outreach and growth goals

What We’re Looking For:

• RN, physician, or bachelor’s/graduate degree in a healthcare or business-related field
• 3+ years of recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health or hospice agency (required)
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or administrative healthcare role
• Deep working knowledge of hospice Conditions of Participation (CoPs), federal/state regulations, and billing
• Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable with coaching, accountability, and collaboration
• High operational acumen: budget management, performance improvement, staffing oversight
• A clear head, warm heart, and strong back
