Role Summary:

Responsible for enabling beneficial changes into production environment with minimum disruption to IT services, assuring a release scheduling, coordination between parties, execution, and burn-in support.

Job Description:

Own the release lifecycle incl. scheduling, coordination, execution, and burn-in support across the change portfolio. Releases cover changes to applications, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware and network upgrades
Enable beneficial changes with minimum disruption to IT services
Manage the end-to-end change process, authorizing and documenting all changes across the lifecycle to IT infrastructure and its components
Facilitate service transition and service operation, driving strategic, tactical, operational, and emergency changes
Collaborate closely with the engineering teams, IT Operations, and management
