Are you a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in Utah in South Dakota looking to launch a private practice, or grow your existing practice?

• Licensure: You’re a fully licensed, Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in UT
• Please note, at this time we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
• NPI Number and Malpractice Insurance: We can point you in the right direction if you don’t have those yet!
