Requirements
- Must live in the United States of America
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have 3 years of call center experience
- Must have 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Genuine passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and expectations
- Must provide own work from home equipment (No chromebook or MAC)
- Must provide high speed internet hardwired. (No wifi or anything wireless)
- Must be able to pass a background check
