Speak Wisely Solutions LLC is seeking remote Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point contact for our valued customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Must live in the United States of America
  
• Must have 2 years of Customer Service experience
  
• Must have 2 years of Call Center experience
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to go above and beyond for customers
  
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Passion for helping others
• Able to take high call volumes
  

Equipment Requirements:

• Must be able to provide Laptop or PC (Windows 10 or 11)
• Must be able to provide high speed internet (Only hardwired NO wifi or anything wireless)
• Must be able to provide hardwired USB headset (Noise cancellation)

1+ year of experience in remote or local customer service. 1+ year of experience in remote or local call center. Must have access to a Windows computer Quiet, professional environment for taking calls Ability to type at least 40 words per minute Intermediate computer proficiency Must be able to speak with a happy tone, and professional
