This is a 100% remote, 100% commission-based contract position as a Debt Settlement Specialist . There is no hourly pay—your earnings depend entirely on your ability to close deals. You can work whenever you want , but we do NOT provide leads . You’ll need to bring in your own leads—whether from your network, personal outreach, or other methods.

As a Debt Settlement Specialist, you will:

• Analyze clients' financial situations
• Negotiate settlement offers with creditors
• Execute trades
• Communicate with clients to guide them through the debt relief process

We provide CRM walkthrough videos, but this is a contractor role —you are responsible for figuring things out and making things happen. We’re not here to micromanage or hold your hand. If you're a self-starter who can generate and close your own leads , this is a high-earning opportunity with above-average commission rates and full schedule flexibility .

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in debt settlement, financial negotiations, or sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of financial regulations and debt settlement laws is a plus
• Background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred but not required
