💰 Salary: $90,000 - $112,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Lead ground-up residential construction projects (6,500+ sq. ft. new builds, remodels, additions)

✅ Run job sites with speed & precision —scheduling, safety, quality control, and team leadership

✅ Manage subcontractors, materials, and client communication in both English & Spanish

✅ Ensure projects stay on time & within budget —because speed without control is chaos

✅ Use technology (Buildertrend, CompanyCam, AI-powered tools) to streamline reporting and project tracking

✅ Solve problems on-site before they become bottlenecks

📋 What You Need to Succeed

✔ 3+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent (ground-up residential preferred)

✔ Expertise in concrete shell work or plumbing is a plus

✔ Bilingual (Spanish & English)—our projects are multilingual sites

✔ Strong blueprint reading & technical skills

✔ Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Buildertrend, CompanyCam, AI tools

✔ Strong organization & leadership abilities
