Job Title: Luxury Residential Architect

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Luxury Residential Architect to join a premier studio in NYC. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of professional experience in high-end residential design, ranging from luxurious apartments and spacious family homes to condos and amenity spaces within prestigious developments. This position requires proficiency in REVIT, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and the capability to work independently on complex, sophisticated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of luxurious apartments and spacious family homes to condos and amenity spaces within prestigious developments.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using REVIT.
• Create compelling presentation materials and deliver design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Stay current with high-end residential design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of post-internship experience at a reputable design or architecture firm, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
• Proficiency in REVIT is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential, condo, and amenities space design.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• No visa sponsorship required.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
